This Refund Policy explains how we handle refunds for bookings, subscriptions, or services made through our Cosmic Star Path Network website. 1. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to purchases or bookings made directly through CSPNStar’s website, like guided stargazing tours, star party tickets, or premium subscriptions (e.g., enhanced access to our interactive map or 2025 celestial calendar). For bookings with third-party partners (like observatories or eco-lodges linked on our site), their refund policies apply—check their terms when booking.

2. Refunds for Guided Tours and Events

We partner with trusted operators to offer stargazing tours and events (like Perseid viewings, August 12-14, 2025, or Geminids, December 13-14, 2025). Here’s how refunds work:

Cancellation by You:

Cancel 14+ days before the event: Full refund, minus a 5% processing fee.

Cancel 7-13 days before: 50% refund, minus a 5% fee.

Cancel less than 7 days before: No refund, but we’ll try to reschedule for a similar event (subject to availability).

Email your cancellation request to [email protected] with your booking ID.

Cancellation by Us or the Operator: If we or our partner cancel due to weather (e.g., clouds ruining a meteor shower) or unforeseen issues, you’ll get a full refund or an option to reschedule. We’ll notify you ASAP via email.

No-Shows: If you miss the event without notifying us, no refund or reschedule is offered—sorry, the stars wait for no one!

3. Refunds for Subscriptions

Our premium subscription (e.g., for enhanced map features or exclusive stargazing guides) is billed monthly or annually. Refund rules:

Monthly Subscriptions: Cancel anytime via your account or by emailing [email protected]. No refunds for the current month, but you won’t be charged for the next cycle.

Annual Subscriptions: Cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, minus a 5% processing fee. After 14 days, no refunds, but you’ll keep access until the subscription ends.

Auto-Renewal: We’ll remind you 7 days before annual renewals. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid charges.

4. Refunds for Digital Products

Digital purchases, like downloadable star charts or our 2025 celestial calendar, are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, as they’re instantly usable. If you have technical issues (e.g., file won’t download), contact us within 7 days, and we’ll fix it or refund at our discretion.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Some services are non-refundable due to their nature:

Forum or community contributions (e.g., photo uploads) don’t involve payment, so no refunds apply.
